Return Policy

We currently are not accepting returns or exchanges, so please make selections carefully. If an item is received damaged, please contact us within 72 hours from the time of delivery. At that time, we will request for you to return the items to us for a refund minus the shipping costs. Our crystals are one of a kind, so please allow for that when making your choice.  If you are unable to locate the right crystal for you, feel free to contact us for assistance.

We do our best to keep our  listings  updated as quickly as possible for you, however, items shown are unique, one of a kind, and could be sold at any time.

Shipping policy

We ship via UPS ground shipping usually within 48 hours of receiving the order. If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you in a timely manner.  In transit time varies from 3-9 business days and a tracking number will be given for each shipment.  Contact us with any questions regarding shipping prior to order.
